A reminder of what can happen if you’re tempted to give false information if flying back to Canada.
Federal government says it’s laid thousands of dollars in fines against two people after it says they gave false COVID-19 health information.
One has to pay $2,500 after coming back from the Dominican Republic in February, while the other coughs up $6,500 after landing in Toronto from the US on April 3rd.
