A Minnesota man has been fined 15 hundred dollars for illegally bringing live baitfish into Ontario.
Robert Bulik of Moorhead was charged this past September after Canada Border Services Agency officers at the Fort Frances border found 570 live minnows inside two plastic gasoline cans.
The cans had been placed beside similar ones that contained gas for his boat.
