Fatal Collision Case Coming Back To Court

A 31 year old man facing impaired operation of a motor vehicle causing death and failing to provide a breath sample will see his case enter the preliminary hearing stage.

One day has been set aside for Randall Nault on April 5th.

In court in October, Nault’s lawyer Chris Watkins called his clients charges very serious.

The charges stem from a July 2017 collision between a truck and a motorcycle at Highway 589 and Kam Current Road.

The man on the motorcycle was pronounced dead at the hospital.
