A 21-year old is charged under the highway traffic act for following too close after a five car pile up on the Thunder Bay Expressway at Oliver Road.
Just before 4:30 Thursday, south bound traffic was stopped at a red light when a Honda approached the intersection and failed to stop, causing a chain reaction.
The driver of the Honda was taken to the hospital with minor injuries while the other drivers were not injured.
