A tentative contract deal has been reached between the Public Service Alliance of Canada and the federal government.
It impacts close to 60% of all federal workers.
The three-year deal calls for wage increases totalling 6.64%.
The federal government also came to an agreement with PSAC on compensation for workers affected by the failed Phoenix pay system.
Both deals still need to be ratified by workers.
