Provincial authorities are hoping you can provide some answers about who may have abandoned a dead moose northeast of the city.
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry reports over the weekend conservation officers were told about a cow moose which had been shot and left to spoil near Walkinshaw Lake.
The carcass was found along the side of Highway 527.
Based on the evidence they found and talking with witnesses, officials have a good idea when the moose was shot but would like to find the person responsible.
