Thunder Bay police are charging a 52 year old man with using his cell phone while driving following a crash on Clarkson Street last weekend.
The collision saw the man’s pick-up truck smash into a tree. Police can’t say whether the charge involves texting or talking.
They also nailed him with failing to provide proof of insurance. (Photo supplied)
