COVID Restrictions Cancel Santa Bus

An annual Christmas food drive is being cancelled because of the pandemic.

For the first time in over two decades, the Santa Bus will not be running.

It has been a joint effort of the Amalgamated Transit Union and the City of Thunder Bay.

Union Local 966 President Ken Koza suggests that you should instead consider donating directly to the Thunder Bay Food Bank.

“We would like to thank the community for their support over the last 25 years, and we hope to return with this annual event in 2021,” said Koza
