The Thunder Bay District Health Unit has declared an outbreak of Covid-19 at Hogarth Riverview Manor.
The outbreak is located in the Iris Resident Home Area, or 4 North.
An assessment of the situation by the TBDHU has been initiated and further measures could be taken as required.
