When Councillor Foulds makes time to join the program, there’s always some tough conversations…..and yet we’re still friends…
First things first, rightfully so, the Councillor is anxiously waiting on an announcement about the Boulevard Lake Dam and the desperately needed repairs that he’s been looking for. The dam keeps getting worse and he’s hoping the federal government comes through with the much needed funding to repair the dam, so that we don’t have to take funds from other areas….
The second part of the discussion – Roads. They’re in rough shape this year, as you can read more about on our news page, some of the worst areas are not getting fixed this year – but some residential streets are. For those of us that use these main streets daily its hard to understand the priorities and the schedules for repair. The Councillor and I disagree a bit on the priorities – but not on the issue – we need some help.
