Highway 527 reopens after collision near Thunder Bay

Highway 527 north of Thunder Bay has fully reopened after being fully closed earlier Sunday morning due to a collision.

The highway was shut down in both directions at Trowbridge Road in MacGregor Township, but as of late morning, one lane and the north shoulder remain closed.

The highway was fully reopened at around 4:00 p.m.

Officials have not released further details on the crash or whether there were injuries.
