Today is your last chance to get advance tickets for this week’s CLE fair.
CLE President Al Law explains why they decided to close sales two days earlier than in the past.
“It benefits both organizations. For Metro, there are staffing problems on the long weekend with long line ups for CLE tickets. Shoppers were wanting to access customer service but were caught up in the same line up for tickets.”
The CLE president tells us you can still get your tickets until nine pm tonight at all Metro locations in the city.
Law tells us they will not be allowing marijuana on the fairgrounds.
“We’ll have signage up. There will be two designated smoking areas, police and security will be monitoring those areas for any problems.”
The fair runs from Wednesday, August 7th to Sunday, August 11th.
This year’s entertainment includes Sass Jordan, Chilliwack, Harlequin, Nick Gilder and Sweeney Todd and the Sensational Hot Rods.
