The province’s police watchdog is absolving the city police of any blame in the recent north side death of a 62 year old man.
Evidence showed the morning of April first a man was found motionless after a witness reported he jumped from a third floor apartment balcony.
It happened after police were called to an apartment building located in the area of South Water and Cumberland.
The Special Investigations Unit reports that evidence is clear that the man’s death was caused by his fall from the balcony prior to the arrival of the police.
