This is a friendly reminder to get registered for upcoming municipal elections.
City councils across Ontario are nudging their constituents to get on the voter’s list before its too late.
Electors can register online at registertovote.on.ca. You will need to upload ID and/or other required identification. The portal is open to update, add and remove your information until August 12.
To vote in a school board election, you will also have to register as a public or Catholic school board elector. You can change your school support at school-support.mpac.ca. Changes to school support information must be made before June 15.
