Christmas Dinner All Set For Shelter House

The homeless at Shelter House will not be without a Christmas meal this year.

Executive Director Michelle Jordan tells us on Tuesday, there are two separate sittings for their patrons, one for lunch and the other for dinner.

They are scheduled for 1:30 until 2:30 in the afternoon and again from 7 until 8 in the evening.

The Shelter House official explains the Feenstra family are again preparing and serving the meals.

She tells us it’s a holiday tradition for them as they enjoy “giving back to the community.”

Jordan notes the Christmas season seems to bring out the best in everyone saying the support for the facility and its people is quite evident this time of year.

In between various stints on radio, television and writing, Jason is a dad, a partner and (some would consider) a zoo keeper (seriously, he has a LOT of pets).
