What’s Open and Closed On New Year’s Day

With 2021 just around the corner, here’s what’s open and closed tomorrow:

  • Shopper’s Drug Mart will be open from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
  • Thunder Bay Transit will run a holiday schedule
  • Banks, government offices and Canada Post locations will be closed
  • LCBO and Beer store outlets will be closed
  • Most grocery and department stores will be closed

  • Originally from southern Ontario, Jason found his way here and fell in love with the community and music scene of Thunder Bay over twenty years ago. In between various stints on radio, television and writing, Jason is a dad, a partner and (some would consider) a zoo keeper (seriously, he has a LOT of pets).
