Chiodo Suspect Pleads Guilty To Lesser Charges

One of the accused in the Lee Chiodo case has pled guilty to lesser offences.

27-year-old Marshall Hardy-Fox agreed to a guilty plea in court Wednesday to a charge of accessory after the fact to murder and kidnapping.

Hardy-Fox, along with 47-year-old David Hui and 27-year-old Musab Saboon, were first charged with first-degree murder and kidnapping.

Hardy-Fox will be back in court on August 30, while Hui and Saboon will be involved in a ten-day judge only trial, starting on December 6.

Chiodo’s body was found on Mission Island on February 24, 2019. He had been shot.
