Charlie Kirk shooter in custody: Trump

The suspected shooter of Charlie Kirk is now in custody.

President Donald Trump said on Fox News, “with a high degree of certainty, we think we have him.”

Charlie Kirk was the CEO and co-founder of Turning Point USA – a right-wing, grassroots movement.

The 31-year-old died after he was shot in the neck at an event at Utah Valley University in the United States, Wednesday.

Footage shows a potential shooter on the roof of a nearby building running away after the gunshot.

Officials will have a press conference Friday morning.
