OPP are upgrading charges facing a 45 year old Marathon man.
It stems from the death of 20 year old Wade Hendry-Lee Otiquam Joy who died in hospital August 1st.
Sheldon Finlayson was originally charged with aggravated assault but has since been charged with manslaughter.
Police say they are continuing to look into the circumstances of the 20 year old’s death.
