OPP are charging a 43-year-old man from Gull Bay First Nation after a crash that happened Sunday on Highway 61.
Officers say the driver of a northbound pick-up truck collided with the driver of a southbound SUV.
Police allege the driver of the pick-up truck had been drinking, and is charged with failing to comply with a demand.
