OPP are charging a 63 year old man in relation to a fatal accident on Highway 11 in early December.
On December 6th, an eastbound vehicle crossed the centre line and hit a transport which was then hit head on by another transport.
50 year old Shane Semple died as a result of the collision.
The accused is charged with driving a commercial vehicle with a major defect and not having a valid permit.
The case will resume in Geraldton court March 24th.
