CC Poulin Equipment Limited will soon be known as Maxim Truck & Trailer.
Dan Poulin and his brother sold the company recently and says their employees will keep their jobs.
Their wages and benefits will also remain the same.
Additional product lines will be included in the deal as well.
Poulin says the name will probably change in the fall.
