Case Count Drops To Four

With the changing of the month comes the continuation of the dropping COVID-19 active case count in Thunder Bay.

Officials with the District Health Unit report just a single new case Friday obtained from travel outside of Northwestern Ontario.

The active case count is now at four with three more cases deemed as resolved.

The province reported 200 cases on Friday and 284 for Thursday along with 28 deaths over the two days.

  • Originally from southern Ontario, Jason found his way here and fell in love with the community and music scene of Thunder Bay over twenty years ago. In between various stints on radio, television and writing, Jason is a dad, a partner and (some would consider) a zoo keeper (seriously, he has a LOT of pets).
