There are plans in the works for a new 3 and a half million dollar building in Innova Park.
According to the City of Thunder Bay, the Carpenters and Joiners Union is behind the plan. A spokesperson for the union says although they have applied for a building permit, officials aren’t ready to divulge the full details just yet.
In other news from City Hall, look for Mini-Queen’s Park to get a facelift in the near future. Provincial officials have applied to the City of Thunder Bay for a building permit to make renovations to the government building on South James Street.
The improvements will amount to about 1.6 million dollars. The exact details aren’t known
