The deadline is approaching for this month’s Camp Quality 50/50 raffle.
The organization decided to hold the raffle as a way to recover lost costs due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Camp Director Sam Stovel, when discussing 2021 camp plans: “We are planning to do another virtual summer camp with hopeful some in-person camp days, depending on public health restrictions, in a way to get families together while maintaining social distance.”
The camp gives children living with cancer a chance to enjoy summer camps and year-round family support programs.
The Northwestern chapter of Camp Quality was started in 2002.
