A couple of more tests for the Liberal government of Kathleen Wynne.
Two provincial by-elections have been called for November 17th.
One will be in the riding of Niagara-West-Glanbrook and the other for Ottawa-Vanier.
The Niagara riding became vacant when Tim Hudak stepped down, while the Ottawa riding has been open since Madelaine Meilleur resigned.
The Conservatives have won the last three provincial by-elections.
