Confirmation from Thunder Bay’s courthouse for the new date of Brayden Bushby’s trial.
The 21-year-old will appear before a judge during the first week of November, on the charge of manslaughter, in relation to the death of Barbara Kentner.
In the event that date does not work, for whatever reason, it’ll be done the week of January 25th.
The trial was supposed to be next week, but a fire at the courthouse shut the building down.
Bushby is charged after it’s alleged a trailer hitch was thrown from a vehicle at Kentner in 2017, she died a few months later.
