Three people remain in custody after being charged with breaking into a north downtown restaurant.
Police tell us it happened just after midnight on Sunday when they responded to reports of a break and enter in progress at the Thai Kitchen on South Cumberland Street.
A restaurant official tells us there was still an employee in the building at the time of the incident.
Police say when the arrived the three were still inside and were subsequently arrested.
All three accused are from Thunder Bay.

Originally from southern Ontario, Jason found his way here and fell in love with the community and music scene of Thunder Bay over twenty years ago. In between various stints on radio, television and writing, Jason is a dad, a partner and (some would consider) a zoo keeper (seriously, he has a LOT of pets).
