Police say that a 36 year old man from San Antonio, Texas is in custody after border officials say someone failed to stop at the Pigeon River Crossing.
They say the incident happened just before 9:30 Tuesday night.
The vehicle was located on Highway 61 near Blake Hall Road.
That’s when a short car chase ensued after the driver originally failed to stop.
Police aren’t saying what charges have been laid.
