The players on the Border Cats who chose to play in 2021 have new homes.
Originally scheduled for Monday, the Northwoods League moved up their dispersal draft with only two players not playing this summer.
The selection order was determined based on the standings from 2019, which was the last complete season played by the league.
Field Manager Mike Steed, in an earlier conversation with Acadia Broadcasting, confirmed that the selected Border Cats players will be returned for the 2022 season.
The Border Cats opted out of this season earlier this month.
