City police say investigators have made significant developments in a cold case from 25 years ago.
It was back in March of 1994 the remains of a newborn baby boy were discovered in a garbage bag at Boulevard Lake.
Police pleaded for information on the case and even held a funeral for Baby Doe.
No arrests were ever made in the case and police did not release any more information until now.
They will be holding a news conference Thursday afternoon with the updated details.
There is no indication what those significant developments might entail.
