August 11th is SONS AND DAUGHTERS DAY! I have something to say!

National Sons and Daughters Day. A man in Missouri back in 1936 decided to give this day attention. He said, there’s a Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, so why shouldn’t there be a “Sons and Daughters Day”.

Today is a day to honour all children, alive or who’ve passed. We should celebrate them everyday!!!

Danny Foresta was born and raised in Thunder Bay. He's worked in radio for over 30 years. Has spent the last 20 years in Morning Radio. Joined Acadia Broadcasting in 2021. He hosts "Mornings In The Bay" on 99.9 The Bay.
He enjoys all aspects of the radio industry. Danny is married to Lori, and has a son, Joseph in University.
