The cause of a fire inside a north side apartment, sending one man to hospital, is not known at this time.
Just after 8:30 p.m., last night, crews responded to an automatic fire alarm at an eight storey building on Regent Street.
According to the Thunder Bay fire department, a lounge chair in a third floor unit was in flames.
Firefighters say the blaze was contained, and put out very quickly.
One man, believed to be the occupant of the apartment with the fire, was put in the care of paramedics. His injuries, if any, are also not known. (File photo)
