78 new cases of COVID-19 in the Thunder Bay District Health Unit.

40 of the reported infections Thursday don’t have a case cause yet while 25 others were picked up from someone else who had the virus.

The active case count is 324.

As of the last update, six of the 23 patients being treated in the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre are in the Intensive Care Unit.
