Accused Killer Stays In Custody

A teenager accused in the death of 14 year old Kayliegh Ivall will continue to remain in custody.

The 14 year old girl suspect was in court on Thursday facing a charge of first degree murder represented by her lawyer George Joseph.

Many of the aspects of the case are covered by a publication ban including the name of the accused.

She is scheduled for another court appearance June 4th.

Kayliegh Ivall’s body was discovered by someone passing by in the area of Lyon Blvd and Arundel on April 27th. She was last seen the night before near Claude Garton School.

A second person has also been charged with first degree murder. Jarett Brandon Sainnawap is scheduled to appear in court next month as well.
