It’s Pride Week in the city where the gay, lesbian, bi-sexual and transgendered community put themselves in the spotlight. Organizer Cynthia Olsen says it’s important to recognize because homophobia is alive and well. Next week the organization will host the city’s first ever Pride Parade.
