Central Avenue will close from Memorial Avenue to Fort William Road on Wednesday for repaving.
The closure will begin at 6 am. The city expects the road to reopen around 5 pm.
The work includes partial-depth removal of existing asphalt and re-paving one new lift of asphalt.
