Thunder Bay seeking ideas for summer drone show

The City of Thunder Bay and the Thunder Bay Airport are inviting the public to offer ideas for potential images to be displayed at the 2026 Live on the Waterfront Summer Send-Off at the north core’s Marina Park on August 27.

A public survey is live on the city website until May 31.

The light show will select images from the survey via a jury, based on how appropriate they are for all ages and how feasible they are to implement.
