Boulevard Lake assault suspect in custody, next court date set

Edward Moore, 34, appeared in court Friday on charges of assault and choking in relation to an assault at Boulevard Lake on May 7.

He will remain in custody until his next court date set for May 26.

None of the allegations have been proven in court.
