January 28, 1950 – April 7, 2026
The family of Dianna Lynn Kashuba are saddened to announce the passing of our wife, mother and grandmother on Tuesday, April 7, 2026.
Dianna was born in Port Arthur on January 28, 1950 to parents John and Margaret Dupuis. She had many happy memories of growing up as an only child on Dawson Street with friends at school and at her family camp on Two Island Lake. She met the love of her life, Leo Kashuba at a young age. They were married in 1968 and welcomed their two sons David and Kelly.
Dianna worked as a very talented cake decorator at Dominion and Safeway Grocery Stores and Carol’s Cakes for many years. She enjoyed square dancing with her husband and was an excellent cook, always taking care of her family. Dianna was a very creative and artistic person who really excelled in most things artistic, whether it be painting, sketching or writing. She loved her cats… Cinder, Bobo, Angel and Speedy.
She travelled with her husband to many destinations and enjoyed wintering in Harlingen, Texas in their retirement community.
Dianna is survived by her husband Leo; her sons David (Jennifer) and Kelly (Serenity) as well as her grandchildren Dylan, Julianne, James and Serena.
She was predeceased by her parents and her in-laws.
Special thanks goes to the staff of Hogarth Riverview Manor, 5 South Orchid for all of their care.
Cremation has taken place and a private interment will take place in the Spring, when Dianna will be laid to rest at Mountain View Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to the WESTFORT CHAPEL, 420 West Gore Street at James.
Dianna … We hope that you are at peace.
Forever in Our Hearts.
