Time for a “life-impact-audit”.

Have you heard of the podcast “Good Talks”?

There’s one episode that really hits home. It’s all about doing what they call a “life impact audit.” Sounds fancy, but the idea is simple: we all make an impact…even if it’s just 10%. Ten percent effort, ten percent time, ten percent kindness. It all adds up.

The whole point is to make sure the different parts of your life are creating a positive impact, not a negative one. And yeah… sometimes that means taking a tough look in the mirror. The “life expert” on this particular podcast –  suggests rating things like your career, your money habits, whether you volunteer, any side hustles—and the big one—how much time you’re spending with your family.

It’s really just a snapshot of where you are right now, at this moment.

And once you see it clearly, you can decide what to improve, what to change, and where to put that 10% that makes life feel a whole lot better.
