Today’s “TELL ME SOMETHING GOOD” is a contribution from a listener / friend – Brian. We appreciate your submission – especially after what’s happened in Tumbler Ridge, B.C.

As We all make it through another roller coaster day of ups downs and crazy emotions…we all need to remember a few quick things about life and the people we encounter on an everyday basis.. As we continually HEAR the bad news of the day: ALL OF US CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

Here’s a few things we can do:

HUG SOMEONE.
SMILE AT SOMEONE.
TALK TO SOMEONE ANYTIME IF YOU’RE NOT HAVING A GOOD DAY OR MOMENT.
TALK TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS OR EVEN A STRANGER.
TAKE A MOMENT TO THINK ABOUT ACTIONS. INSTEAD OF GETTING MAD…..SMILE IT OUT!

WE all Want to be treated equally. We are all the same. Let’s all make a positive difference in our day, or someone elses.

WE CAN ALL MAKE A DIFFERENCE! TOGETHER LET’S MAKE IT A POSITIVE DAY! As we continue to see the everyday events unfold, you just never know what may happen in your day!

AND, with today being “National Hug Day” – hug someone!
