It is with deep sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Abigail Sydnee Yesno, age 22 years, on December 29, 2025.

Abigail was born on January 6, 2003 in Thunder Bay. She was currently enrolled in the Early Childhood Education Program at Confederation College and was looking forward to her career. Abbi’s big heart, kindness and adventurous spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but the memories we are left with will always be cherished.

Abigail is survived by her father, Jaret Ranger as well as grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by her mother, Jane Yesno.

A viewing and visitation for family and friends of Abigail will be held on Sunday, January 11, 2026 from 3:00 until 5:00pm in the WESTFORT CHAPEL, 420 West Gore Street at James. A private viewing will begin at 2:00pm for immediate family. Cremation will follow and interment will take place later in Fort Hope.
