Thunder Bay Police investigating sudden death

The Thunder Bay Police Service (TBPS) has opened an investigation into a death that occurred on the city’s north side on December 25.

A 9-1-1 call was made at around 1 p.m. on Thursday, reporting a sudden death on Regent Street.

The TBPS’s Major Crime Unit has been tasked with looking into the situation.

Police are encouraging anyone with information about the case to speak with investigators by calling 807-684-1200, or by submitting tips anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or online.
