
With November here…it’s dark at 5:30….the temps are changing. The question is: Are you feeling a bit ‘unmotivated’? This is from the FB page “Ordinary & Happy”.
“What to do if you’re feeling unmotivated”.
Acknowledge your small wins with simple rewards.
Make your alarm a “feel good dance song”.
Complete smaller, easier tasks FIRST….to build momentum.
Simplify commitments and don’t say “Yes” to every event, if possible.
Go outside and get fresh air!
Follow people online that motivate and inspire you.
AND, this is my favourite:
Don’t take it all on by yourself. Try to find even one task you could delegate or get support for.
