Certain Thunder Bay residents will have their garbage day adjusted for a week for the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
Residents who live in Area One (garbage collection on Tuesdays) will have their garbage collected on Monday, a day earlier than normal.
Collection days for the rest of the city will remain the same.
The city’s Solid Waste and Recycling Facility will also be closed on Tuesday before resuming regular hours on Wednesday.
