Traffic has returned to normal following a collision on Highway 11/17.
A crash on Highway 11/17 at the Harbourview Expressway in Thunder Bay is blocking two lanes of traffic.
The collision was reported Saturday afternoon, and emergency crews are still on scene. Ontario 511 reports that two lanes are closed, though traffic may still be moving in one or more directions. Drivers should expect delays and consider using alternate routes.
It’s not yet clear how many vehicles are involved or whether there are any injuries. There’s no estimate on when the lanes will reopen.
Motorists travelling near the east end of Thunder Bay are being urged to use caution.
