Some roadwork is underway on Water Street in Thunder Bay.
The work initially got underway on Thursday and is expected to last roughly three weeks.
The roadway will not be completely closed, but there will be lane reductions.
During the work, the city will be doing infrastructure and drainage improvements.
The work is in preparation for asphalt resurfacing that is scheduled to start in August.
The city is asking drivers to be cautious around the construction work.
