New traffic lights are being installed at the Park Avenue and Court Street intersection.
The intersection will be closed during the work.
Construction is taking place Wednesday through Friday.
The closure is necessary to safely complete the electrical and structural work involved in upgrading the traffic signal infrastructure at the intersection.
No detours will be in place during the work, and drivers are advised to plan alternate routes and avoid the area if possible.
