A section of Carrick Street has been closed due to flooding and frozen culverts.
The road is closed between 11th Avenue and Hewitson Street.
The Harbour Expressway is unaffected.
The city has no estimate of how long the road will be closed for.
Drivers are encouraged to plan alternate routes and drive with caution in the area.
City crews are working to clear ice blockages and improve drainage in the affected area.
